- Metal repair services
- Custom orders from drawings
- Mobile welding services
2. Quotes and Pricing
2.1 Quote Requests
All quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the information provided by the customer. Quotes are estimates only and may be subject to change based on actual project requirements.
2.2 Quote Validity
Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.
2.3 Price Changes
Prices may change due to:
- Material cost fluctuations
- Changes in project scope or specifications
- Additional work not originally quoted
- Site conditions affecting labor requirements
3. Orders and Contracts
3.1 Order Acceptance
An order is considered accepted when we provide written confirmation of the order and any required deposit is received.
3.2 Deposits
We may require a deposit before beginning work. Deposit amounts will be specified in the quote or contract. Deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to complete the work.
3.3 Changes to Orders
Changes to orders after acceptance may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. All changes must be agreed upon in writing.
4. Payment Terms

- Deposit: Due upon order confirmation
- Progress payments: As specified in contract for larger projects
- Final payment: Due upon completion and before delivery or installation

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Other payment arrangements may be made upon request.
4.3 Late Payments
Late payments may incur interest charges at the maximum rate allowed by law. We reserve the right to withhold delivery or installation until payment is received.
5. Project Timeline

We will provide estimated completion dates for all projects. These are estimates only and may be affected by:

- Weather conditions (for outdoor or mobile work)
- Changes to project scope
- Customer delays in providing access or materials
5.2 Delays
We will notify customers promptly of any anticipated delays and work to minimize impact on project timelines.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project specifications and requirements
- Obtaining necessary permits or approvals
- Ensuring site access during agreed-upon times
- Providing a safe work environment
- Reviewing and approving work in a timely manner
- Making payments according to agreed terms
7. Warranty
7.1 Workmanship Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in welding and fabrication work under normal use conditions.
7.2 Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by third parties
- Issues arising from customer-supplied materials or designs
- Corrosion or rust on non-stainless steel materials
7.3 Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period. We will inspect the issue and, if covered, repair or replace the defective work at no charge.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Disclaimer of Results
We do not guarantee specific results from our services. Outcomes may vary based on project specifications, materials, site conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
8.2 Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8.3 Exclusion of Consequential Damages
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or other intangible losses.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, and specifications provided by the customer remain the customer's property. Custom designs created by us for a project become the property of the customer upon full payment. We retain the right to use photographs of completed work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
10. Cancellation
10.1 By Customer
Customers may cancel orders in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. If work has begun, customer is responsible for costs incurred up to the cancellation date.
10.2 By Company
We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including inability to complete work due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, deposits will be refunded.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Negotiation
In the event of a dispute, parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation.
11.2 Mediation
If negotiation fails, parties agree to participate in mediation before pursuing other remedies.
11.3 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
